    Jeter's last Yankee home game

    Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter played in his final home game at Yankee Stadium, Sept. 25, 2014. With the Yankees mathematically eliminated from the playoffs, the season home finale was a rainy and emotional goodbye to Jeter, retiring after 20 seasons with the club.
