NBA All-Star game captains LeBron James and Stephon Curry selected their teams Thursday night.

James had the first overall pick and chose Golden State's Kevin Durant, the man who helped beat him in last year's finals.

James also picked former teammate Kyrie Irving, now with the Celtics.

Curry's team features both Timberwolves All-Star selections, Jimmy Butler and Karl-Anthony Towns, and also features two of his Golden State teammates, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green, and Houston's James Harden.

There is a complete breakdown of the teams in the scoreboard section on C9.

Ellington in three-point contest: Former Timberwolf Wayne Ellington received an invitation to the three-point shooting contest during All-Star Weekend on Feb. 17. Ellington went into Thursday's game against the Kings fourth in the NBA in three-point conversions, at 140 and is 28th in percentage at .406.
