It appears Anthony LaPanta, the longtime Fox Sports North broadcaster, will be the next television play-by-play voice of the Wild, sources said. An announcement could come Monday.

LaPanta has been the studio host of the Wild, Twins and Wolves since 2004, has called several high school games and has done play-by-play for Gophers hockey since 2010.

LaPanta would replace Dan Terhaar, whose contract was not renewed last month after seven seasons.

The Wild has re-signed TV color man Mike Greenlay and the radio team of Bob Kurtz and Tom Reid.
