Family business consultants to merge
Hubler for Business Families, Minneapolis said it is merging with Eden Prairie-based business adviser Platinum Group. Terms were not disclosed. The partners, who formed their respective firms in the early 1980s, said the merger will combine Hubler’s family-relationship management skills with Platinum Group’s business-management practice to benefit family business owners. Tom Hubler, trained as a family therapist, taught family business management at the University of St. Thomas for a decade.
