The storm that caused rain and snow from northernCalifornia into British Columbia Tuesday will stay up north and not be a factorin the weather across Southern California, lower Nevada and Arizona.Up until now, the weather has been a bit wetter than normal through theSouthwest this month. For instance, the actual rainfall in San Diego has been2.25 inches, while the normal is barely over 0.50 of an inch.
