Bethany Nienhuis and her daughter Nya joined a tai chi for arthritis demonstration Saturday at Normandale Community College in Bloomington as part of World Tai Chi and Qigong Day. Nienhuis began studying tai chi when she was pregnant and has continued to practice the form with Nya.
