    Heroes and Helpers event at Target

    The Blaine Police Department hosted the Heroes and Helpers event at the Super Target in Blaine on Tuesday, December 11, 2018. Heroes and Helpers is a program that pairs students from Twin Cities metro area schools with local law enforcement officers, fire fighters and emergency medical workers, who take the students shopping for holiday presents for their families at Target with a donated $125 gift card.
