Have a hoot at owl festival Houston, Minn.
Visitors can meet Alice the Great Horned Owl during the Festival of Owls Friday through next Sunday at the Houston Nature Center. Soar with (or look at) the eagles Wabasha, Minn.
The National Eagle Center in Wabasha will offer bald eagle programs and ideal viewing from its observation decks during Soar With the Eagles March 7-9. Watch eagles fly above the Mississippi River from the decks, on a bus or aboard a paddleboat.
