Bar: Rosa Mexicano. A recent menu revision at this upscale Mexican-inspired palace means you won't need to take out a loan to eat here. Better news: They've made the twice-daily happy hour even more attractive.
Deal: Select specialty drinks are now half-price, which brings La Tradicional Margarita and the Mojito de Coquito to about $5. The late-night happy hour drops the price on the famous Frozen Pomegranate Margarita to $4.90 (walk, don't run, ladies). Beers are $3. The best part is the food: $6 grilled octopus, $5.50 hamachi tacos, $5 flautas, queso fundido and $2.50 grilled fresh corn. Rosa also has Taco Tuesdays, when all signature tacos are half-price (even the filet mignon taco!).
