This Vietnamese restaurant in St. Paul's Frogtown always has been dedicated to Minnesota beers (all 13 taps), but now it's going a step further. Owner Hai Truong is starting a new series of "Tap Invasions" where a different Minnesota brewery will take over the tap lines each month. Summit begins its tap takeover on Thursday with founder Mark Stutrud and several brewers in attendance.

Deal: The happy-hour kickoff will feature $5 "keep the glass" pints with $4 refills. Even better: Try a flight at $6 for five 4-ounce pours.

Beers: Summit will feature eight beers (and one cask), including the new Unchained Dunkel Weizen and a firkin of Summit EPA with sorachi ace hops.
