Chef Landon Schoenefeld's adventurous downtown Minneapolis restaurant is big on beer. On Wednesday, it'll partner with acclaimed Michigan brewery Founders for an epic six-course beer dinner.

Details: Dave Engbers, co-owner of Founders, will pair six of his beers (Blushing Monk, Imperial Stout, Devil Dancer, Cashew Mountain Brown, Silky Porter and Dry Hopped Pale Ale). At press time, HauteDish hadn't released details on the food courses, but said this on Twitter: "The kitchen folks keep talking about pig face." Yummy.

Cost: $100 (includes tax and gratuity).
