Joe Weiss, director of sales for Sleeman beer and an employee at the old Schmitt brewery for 40 years, presented the finer details in the making of eight different beers.

Bar: The Happy Gnome. The St. Paul craft beer destination is dedicating this Wednesday's happy hour to Brau Brothers, a southwest Minnesota brewer.

Deal: $4 pints of Brau Brothers Sheep Head, Moo Joos, Ring Neck and Scotch Ale. You can also order a $10 flight.
