Deal: $45 gets you a four-course dinner (plus amuse-bouche), accompanied by several ciders, plus a cocktail and 2 Gingers pour.
Food and drink: The courses include prosciutto-wrapped figs, cider- poached scallops, chicken osso buco, venison and a pound cake French toast for dessert. The Crispins include the Honey Crisp unfiltered reserve, the Saint unfiltered reserve and the Lansdowne reserve.
