This video was captured on Facebook Live in the aftermath of a police-involved shooting Wednesday night in Falcon Heights.
The video was temporarily inacessible due to a technical glitch, according to a Facebook spokesperson, and was restored after Facebook investigated. Before then, it had been captured and posted on YouTube.
