The Boy Scouts of America's Northern Star Council will celebrate the grand opening of its Base Camp at Fort Snelling with an open house from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday. The camp, the council's first new one in 20 years and a trend-setter nationwide, will be available for use by schools and community groups.
