America's nostalgia trip embracing the Beatles' arrival to the United States 50 years ago includes a Grammy Museum traveling exhibition in tribute to the Fab Four that will soon spend more than three months at the Mall of America.

"Ladies and Gentlemen … The Beatles!" will set up shop at the mall's Midwest Music Museum from June 5 to Sept. 7, putting on display original Beatles material that includes memorabilia, records, photographs, tour mementos and videos from early 1964 through mid-1966, the mall announced Tuesday.

The Bloomington mall's location is roughly where the Beatles made their lone Minnesota appearance on Aug. 21, 1965, in the long-since-departed Metropolitan Stadium.

The Grammy Museum's exhibition debuted Thursday at the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts at Lincoln Center on Feb. 6, one day before the 50th anniversary of the Liverpool band's flashbulb popping arrival at John F. Kennedy Airport.

The exhibition will include educational programming for students that will tell the story of Beatlemania and the band's impact on music.

"More than 12,000 groups visit Mall of America each year, which includes school groups and youth organizations," Dan Jasper, spokesman for the Mall of America, said in a statement. "We'd like to use this opportunity to not only celebrate the extraordinary musical legacy of the Beatles with the legions of fans already out there, but also introduce the Beatles to the next generation of music lovers."

Tickets for adults will run $7, plus a service fee and tax, with various discounts offered. To buy tickets online, visit www.midwestmusicmuseum.com. The museum is located on the top floor of the mall's rotunda.
