Three Gophers women's hockey standouts will compete in the Four Nations Cup in November.
Defenseman Lee Stecklein and forwards Hannah Brandt and Dani Cameranesi were among the 23 players selected to represent the U.S. women's national team at the international event in Kamloops, British Columbia, USA Hockey announced on Thursday.
The team includes 12 members from the 2014 Olympic team including Stecklein and former Gophers standout Gigi Marvin.
Former Gophers defenseman Megan Bozek is also on the roster.
The Gophers women's hockey team opens its season on Friday night at home against Penn State. Check back on Friday for a complete season preview and more video.
