Seniors' tenure one to remember
The Gophers honored their four "super" seniors Sunday. Since Carlie Brandt, Amber Fiser, Katelyn Kemmetmueller and MaKenna Partain entered the program in 2017, the Gophers have gone 184-55-1:
2017 (56-5): Gophers won the Big Ten regular-season and tournament titles and played in NCAA tournament.
2018 (41-17): Gophers won the Big Ten tournament title and played in NCAA tournament.
2019 (46-14): Gophers reached the College World Series for the first time in program history.
2020 (15-9-1): Season was cut short by the pandemic.
2021 (26-10): Gophers have one regular-season series left; the NCAA tournament field will be announced Sunday.
