LJ Scott, Michigan State

The running back proved he was all the way back from injury by rushing 25 times for 194 yards and two touchdowns. He also caught one pass for 26 yards.

DEFENSIVE MVP

Thomas Barber, Gophers

The middle linebacker made a career-high 16 tackles, including nine solo and two for loss, and recovered a fumble. No other Gopher had more than nine tackles. Over the past two games, Barber has 25 tackles.
