Gameday preview: Wolves at Memphis

November 19, 2016 at 3:04AM

Preview: The Wolves get the Grizzlies for the third time this season. After Saturday, the Wolves will have played 25 percent of their games against Memphis, a quirk of the schedule. The Wolves' win at Target Center on Nov. 1 was against a Grizzlies team that was missing guard Mike Conley, center Marc Gasol and forward Chandler Parsons. All three should play in this game.

Players to watch: F/G Andrew Wiggins has scored 301 points, the best 11-game start in Wolves history. C Karl-Anthony Towns scored 25 points with 10 rebounds Thursday in a victory over the Sixers, but despite working hard in the post, he did not shoot a free throw for the second consecutive game. Conley is averaging 19.8 points and 6.5 assists. Gasol is averaging 19.3 points and 6.0 rebounds.
