The Tigers are 0-2 in two previous quarterfinals, losing 6-2 in 2016 and 4-0 in 2006, and are 0-9-1 overall against the Gophers. The No. 2 Gophers (30-5-1) are 10-3 in NCAA quarterfinal games and have won their past 10 NCAA tournament games at Ridder Arena. Princeton is coming off a 3-2 double-overtime loss to Cornell in the ECAC tournament semifinals.
