7 P.M. VS. Charlotte• Target Center • FSN, 830-AM

Preview: Coming off a late-game collapse against Phoenix on Wednesday, the Wolves will try to return to .500 for the ninth time since late November, breaking a two-game home losing streak in the process. The Bobcats were 14-15 after a victory over Milwaukee Dec. 23, but they have lost six of their past seven games since.

Players to watch: Wolves F Kevin Love is coming off a 4-for-20 performance against Phoenix. F Corey Brewer has scored 15 points in three consecutive games, hitting on five of nine three-pointers in that time. PG Ricky Rubio has shot 9-for-27 in his past three games. Bobcats C Al Jefferson, the former Wolves standout, had a string of 22 consecutive games scoring in double figures stopped in Tuesday's loss to Washington. Jefferson is averaging a double-double (17.0 points, 10.1 rebounds). G Kemba Walker, in his third season, averages a career-high 18.4 points.

Numbers: The Wolves are only one game better than they were a year ago through 35 games, and they are one game worse than they were through 35 games in the 2011-12 season. Minnesota is 1-3 in its past four home games.

Injuries: Wolves F Mbah a Moute (groin strain) is questionable. Charlotte C Brendan Haywood (foot), F Michael Kidd-Gilchrist (hand) and G/F Jeffrey Taylor (Achilles' tendon) are out.
