Preview: The Celtics' 109-96 home loss Friday to Portland dropped them to 4-6 under new coach Brad Stevens, the former college basketball wunderkind at Butler. They started the season 0-4, then won four in a row before losing 120-105 at home to Orlando on Wednesday. … The only other NBA coach who lost four or more games to start his NBA career and then won enough consecutively to get back to even: Rick Adelman with Portland in 1989. … The teams split last year's season series, with the Wolves winning 110-100 at Target Center in April and the Celtics winning 104-94 in Boston in December. … The Wolves beat Boston 104-89 in a preseason game in Montreal last month.

Players to watch: Forward Jeff Green is leading the Celtics with a 17.1 scoring average. …Former Gopher Kris Humphries is with the Celtics after last summer's trade that sent Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce to Brooklyn. He's averaging 11.1 minutes, four points and 2.8 rebounds in five games.

Injuries: Wolves C Ronny Turiaf (fractured elbow), F Chase Budinger (knee surgery) are out. F Shabazz Muhammad (ankle) is questionable. Celtics G Rajon Rondo (torn ACL) is out and F Jared Sullinger (bruised knee) is questionable.
