Turning Point

Auburn had a four-point lead with the clock ticking under 10 seconds when Guy hit a right-corner three. The Cavaliers went from near-death to right back in it. His free throws will go down in the history books, but his three from the corner kick-started their heart.

6-1 Guy outscored Auburn himself in the last seven seconds of Saturday’s national semifinal.

9 Virginia’s blocks, including five from 6-foot-9 junior big man Mamadi Diakite.

9-for-31 Auburn’s three-point shooting in the game, but Bryce Brown had three in a row from beyond the arc during the Tigers’ late 12-0 run.
