Fun in the Folwell neighborhood
The Folwell Neighborhood Association in north Minneapolis went through a major restructure a few years ago. As the city looks to have more control over its 70 neighborhood associations, Folwell has emerged as an example of how these associations can better represent their neighborhoods on their own.
