Listen to live music on the Edina 5-0 Mall parking lot stage while browsing the art. Other events include a Kids Art Zone, food, fashion shows and cooking demonstrations at area businesses. 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. www.edinaartfair.com. 952-922-1524.

REPURPOSED HOME TOUR

Learn how to transform an old iron cart into a serving piece and at the same time contribute to breast cancer research. Lori Miller, owner of the Round Barn Potting Co., will give tours of her Coon Rapids cottage-style home and garden to benefit the Susan G. Komen "3-Day for the Cure" fundraiser. Miller's brick house is filled with vintage and repurposed furnishings similar to what she sells at her Andover store. The tour is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. Tickets $5. Call 763-427-5321.

WEB WATCH

Until now, Apartment Therapy devotees in flyover land have experienced the household-focused blog community virtually. But followers in New York City jumped the online divide and have had monthly "meetups" for the past two years. Now the site is hoping to spawn similar gatherings worldwide on June 9, using Meetup's free app for signup.

So far, five Twin Cities area AT fans have expressed interest in getting together, with a meeting site to be determined. You can sign up to join them at www.meetup.com/Apartment-Therapy. Apparently, Apartment Therapy followers are everywhere: The signup lists would-be gatherings from Waverly, Iowa, to Thanh Pho Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. That's a long trek to the nearest Ikea.
