Further warming will take place this weekend, when theNorthwest will also experience the surge of milder air.
Temperatures Monday will soar to around 80 degrees across the interiorNorthwest and to the 90-degree mark in downtown Los Angeles. The DesertSouthwest will approach the century mark not only Monday, but also Tuesday.
