Buckeyes upset No. 15 Michigan

• OHIO STATE 5, MICHIGAN 3: Matt Johnson scored two goals and had an assist and Tanner Fritz had one goal and two assists as the Buckeyes (9-16-2, 4-9 Big Ten) upset the No. 15 Wolverines (16-11, 8-5) on Friday night. Darik Angeli put Ohio State ahead 4-2 with 2:05 to play on an unassisted goal that turned out to be the winner when Tyler Motte scored for Michigan with 1:29 left.

• WISCONSIN 2, MICHIGAN STATE 1: Chase Drake and Kevin Schulze scored second period goals as he the Badgers (4-19-4, 2-9-2-2) edged the visiting Spartans (12-13-2, 6-5-2-2).

• NORTH DAKOTA 3, WESTERN MICHIGAN 1: Top-ranked North Dakota (21-6-3, 12-5-2 NCHC) scored once in every period and Zane McIntyre made 33 saves in a road victory over the Broncos (12-13-4, 5-10-4-3). Mark MacMillan scored in the first period and Troy Stecher in the third, both at even strength. Drake Caggiula had a power-play goal in the second. The win puts North Dakota alone in first in the conference race with Miami and Omaha both losing.

• MINN. DULUTH 3, MIAMI 1: The No. 7 Bulldogs (20-11-1, 12-7-1) beat the No. 6 and host RedHawks (18-10-1, 11-7-1-1). Tony Cameranesi scored at 2:47 of the third period to put UMD ahead 2-1.

• ST. CLOUD STATE 4, OMAHA 3: Blake Winiecki and David Morley scored in the last 3:04 to give the host Huskies (14-14-1, 9-9-1) a comeback victory over the No. 5 Mavericks (17-9-3, 11-7-1-1).
