• NORTH DAKOTA 5, ST. CLOUD STATE 2: Visiting UND scored five consecutive goals in the second period to beat the Huskies in a matchup of teams that had been tied for first place in the NCHC. Connor Gaarder had two of the goals, Brendan O'Donnell three assists.

• MINN­ESOTA DULUTH 5, MIAMI (OHIO) 4: The Bulldogs won on Adam Krause's shorthanded goal in the third period. Caleb Herbert had two goals for UMD.

• MINNESOTA STATE MANKATO 5, LAKE SUPERIOR STATE 0: Dylan Margonari scored twice and Cole Huggins stopped 14 shots as No. 19 Mavericks routed the host Lakers.

• ALABAMA HUNTSVILLE 2, BEMIDJI STATE 1: The Chargers won their second game of the season.

• OHIO STATE 2, MICHIGAN 2, tie: The visiting Buckeyes won the shootout 1-0 on Alex Szczechura's goal.
