Forum offers tips on fighting fraud

AARP and the Better Business Bureau team up to educate older Minnesotans on scams.

Want to find out how to protect yourself from the latest tricks that scammers are using to get your money? Federal and state officials, including state Attorney General Lori Swanson, will be talking about financial schemes, investment fraud, health care fraud, identity theft and other crimes at the Fraud Fighters Forum on Tuesday, April 20 .

The Better Business Bureau of Minnesota and North Dakota and AARP Minnesota are hosting the event to educate older Minnesotans on how to prevent and report fraud.
