Commercial Real Estate Services Inc., the owner of the old Northern Furniture building, will hold a ribbon-cutting today to celebrate the 1907 structure's renovation.
Now called 81 On Seventh, the building officially welcomed its first tenant, Aeritae Consulting Group Ltd., which has actually been in the space since January.
The renovation kept intact the 55,000-square-foot building's brick exterior, Douglas fir columns, high metal-stamped ceilings, wood floors and extra-large showroom.
