Former nightclub to be rehabbed into event center

Restauranteur Talebi plans to overhaul space

Earlier this summer, we wrote here about restauranteur Kam Talebi's plans to overhaul the former Trocaderos night club into an event center. The North Loop building has been empty for some time.

On Monday, those plans took a big step toward reality. A certificate of real estate value was filed in Hennepin County detailing Bloomington-based Muse Hospitality's $1.9 million purchase of 107 Third Av. N and 227 1st St. N. The seller was First Resource Bank in Savage.
