Kurt Rambis says he doubts Jonny Flynn will be ready to make his season debut when the Wolves open a five-game Western trip -- their longest road trip of the season, particularly if you include Saturday's game at Chicago -- at Golden State.

Flynn thinks otherwise.

"I think I'm ready to get back in it and starting playing this week on this road trip, I think (Tuesday) is a very high possibility," Flynn said. "I feel good enough to do it. Now it's just whether Kurt and them feel the same way. By my standards, I think I'm definitely playing."

Flynn says he's ready even though he didn't get to play back-to-back games in the D League this weekend, as he, Rambis and team management had hoped.

Saturday's game was snowed out in Sioux Falls, so Flynn slept most of the day and then made it make to Target Center in time for the team's afternoon practice today even though he had two flights cancelled leaving South Dakota this morning.

Not everybody participated in a short practice that that was mostly some scrimmaging.

Flynn just lifted and worked out, but said he awoke without any soreness after playing 30 1/2 minutes Friday night in Sioux Falls.

They'll meet Monday to talk about when Flynn does return.

Meanwhile, Rambis said Martell Webster looked good today and suggested he's right on schedule to play for the first time this season at Golden State.

Darko participated in some of today's practice, but is still hurting some because of that bruised quad. He played little more than 13 minutes in Saturday's loss at Chicago because of that quad, foul trouble and the blowout nature of the loss.

That's it from Target Center today.

The Wolves will have practice hard Monday and then will fly to the Bay Area for the start of that long road trip that doesn't bring them home until they play Big Al and Utah on Dec. 22.
