Five best teams not leading a division

November 21, 2008 at 1:18AM

1 Buccaneers (7-3)

The only team that's 7-3 or better and not leading a division. Think the Bucs miss the NFC Central?

2 Colts (6-4)

The only 6-4 team that trails its division leader by as many as four games. A dangerous wild-card candidate.

3 Patriots (6-4)

QB Matt Cassel (right) is good enough to win his division and make himself a bundle o' cash in free agency.

4 Cowboys (6-4)

They're bouncing back. I could be wrong, but I might as well sink all the way with my Super Bowl pick.

5 Dolphins (6-4)

They're more than a nice little turnaround story. They're contenders in the AFC East.
