Search this list to find out who is owed refunds for up-front mortgage insurance payments on federal home loans. This data reflects refunds owed as of Nov. 30, 2012, which is the most recent date for which HUD offers a complete list. For that reason, some of these refunds have since been granted, while others have been added to the list more recently.
