The counter-service cafe, an off-shoot of Paresole restaurant group’s Good Earth – an eatery in Roseville and Edina with a focus on naturally healthy foods – serves up salads, sandwiches, grain bowls and bakery goods in their first floor mall location. Some of Good Earth’s favorites, such as the cashew chicken salad and almond tuna salad sandwiches, make it on to Field Day’s menu, too.
New offerings include the grain bowls – kung pao turkey meatballs, miso salmon and quinoa chicken bibimbap among them – and salads like a Thai style beef cobb and a superfood energy salad packed with kale, blueberries, seeds and avocado.
“In fast-casual, it’s hard to find healthful alternatives,” Tim McKee, Parasole’s vice president of culinary development said earlier this year. “Everyone wishes they could eat a little better, and that becomes difficult when you’re in a hurry.”
Field Day is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
