Farewell, Phil?: Lakers visit Target Center for second and final this season tonight

Kevin Love's 46-game double-double streak dates to Nov. 19 game against Lakers

If you believe Phil Jackson that this is really his last season, then tonight's game is his last at Target Center.

The Lakers arrive here for the second and final time season, on a night when the Wolves and Lakers both will honor the great Sid Hartman before tonight's game.

Both Jackson and Kurt Rambis will present Sid with jerseys before the opening tap.

It hasn't been announced yet, but the Wolves have decided to honor me for a Lakers' game on March 1, 2051 with a kick to the backside.

Martell Webster, still bothered by that sore back that has affected him all season, will not play again tonight and Rambis said he doesn't expect Webster to accompany the team to Detroit after tonight's game for the first of three road games.

He left open the possibility that Webster could join the team later in a trip that sends them to Philadelphia on Friday and Washington on Saturday.

The last time these teams played was the last time Kevin Love didn't have a double-double game.

That was his scoreless game against Lamar Odom and the Lakers here on Nov. 19.

That was, of course, 46 games ago, the length of his current double-double streak.
