ESPN is reporting that the Chicago Bears are set to hire John Fox as their new head coach.
Fox coached the Denver Broncos to division titles from 2011 to 2014, but left the team by mutual agreement after the Broncos lost to the Indianapolis Colts in the AFC playoffs last weekend.
Fox also led the Carolina Panthers to the Super Bowl.
The Bears fired St. Louis Park native Marc Trestman after two seasons, which included a 5-11 record in 2014.
