The Gophers landed their second in-state offensive line commitment of the month Sunday, when Eric Abojei, from Robbinsdale Cooper, announced he would play for Minnesota.
The 6-5, 310-pound Abojei is a consensus three-star recruit who also had a reported offer from Iowa State. He is Minnesota's second commitment for the 2017 class, joining Marshall's Blaise Andries, who committed the day of the Gophers spring game.
