Twin Cities-based Edina Realty has acquired Prudential Elite Realty, the leading brokerage in Marshall, Minn. The acquisition includes 11 agents and will give Edina Realty a stronger presence in this town of about 14,000 in extreme southwestern Minnesota.

Pat Lutterman, broker/owner Prudential Elite Realty
Edina Realty, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate, is one of the two largest brokerages in Minnesota and western Wisconsin. Prudential Elite Realty of Marshall has been the leading real estate company in the city of Marshall as well as Lyon county in units sold and sales volume for the past eight years.
In a press release, Greg Mason, president and CEO of Edina Realty Home Services, said the deal will enable Prudential to expand its services. "The loyal clients of Marshall will find the same talented agents at the same location – but with a different name and added products and tools,” he said Mason.
Prudential Elite Realty office will become Edina Realty on Jan. 6, and Pat Lutterman, broker/owner of Prudential Elite Realty, will serve as managing broker of the Edina Realty Marshall location and will also continue as a sales agent representing buyers and sellers.
