Courtesy of Anna Dvorak, nutrition and wellness teacher

• 2 tbsp. uncooked oats

• Water

• 2 drops lavender essential oil

Directions

Grind oats in a clean coffee grinder. In the palm of your hand, add water little by little to make a paste, adding essential oil at the end. Gently apply to face in an upward motion to clean and gently exfoliate skin, avoiding the eye area. Remove by rinsing with cool water.
