THE HOT FIVE Use the weekend to kick the tires at a new restaurant.

BIBO RESTAURANT & WINE BAR

The former Viva Italia is now under the thumb of the folks behind top-rated i Nonni, and they're offering an easygoing Italian-inspired menu and a decent number of wines by the glass, served in an informal setting.

CHEEKY MONKEY DELI

Quick-service sandwiches, salads and a few ever-changing evening entrees, all priced to move and made with care. Other pluses: beer and wine, well-prepared dessert basics, comfortable surroundings and friendly staffers.

FIVE GUYS BURGER AND FRIES

The up-and-coming less-is-more fast-food chain keeps its menu short and sweet: burgers, hot dogs and fries. The burgers come in singles or doubles, the fries are skin-on and fresh-cut, and both are pretty darned swell. Dessert? You'll need to go elsewhere.

20.21

OK, so the Walker Art Center's restaurant isn't exactly new. But the museum's iconic "Spoonbridge and Cherry" sculpture is returning to the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden today after a two-month hiatus, and to mark the occasion, 20.21 chef Asher Miller is offering a three-course, cherry-inspired lunch ($20.21, available through June) that includes spring pea-mint soup with a chile-oil "cherry," mock duck lo mein with a cherry hoisin sauce and a variety of cherry desserts, including the restaurant's popular Spoon, Cube & Cherry.
