Daylily showcase Members of the Daylily Society of Minnesota will show off blossoms from their gardens and answer questions from daylily lovers from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. July 28, Bachman's, 6010 Lyndale Av. S., Mpls. Free. 612-861-7311.

Garden eats Check on the progress of the Incredible Edible Garden's vegetables, small fruits and herbs at the Marjorie McNeely Conservatory. Plant doctors Have a plant problem? University of Minnesota Extension master gardeners will answer questions at a free gardening diagnostic clinic from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 28, Valley Creek Mall, 1750 Weir Dr., Woodbury. Bring plant and/or insect samples or photographs.

Art, gardens and more Tangletown Gardens is hosting an Art & Garden tour that includes a riot of blooms, beer, yard art, wine tastings and appetizers from Wise Acre Eatery. The self-guided tour of gardens in St. Louis Park and south Minneapolis is from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 28. An after-party is at Tangletown Gardens, 5353 Nicollet Av. S., Mpls.
