Crave restaurant is moving into the Eden Prairie Center, according to a Monday announcement by Mid-America Real Estate-Minnesota.
Crave signed a lease for the approximately 10,319-square-foot space that used to be home to Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano, which closed in January after 14 years in business. Crave is expected to open November and would be the chain's sixth location in Minnesota.
The mall, located at Flying Cloud and Prairie Center Drives near I-494, is anchored by Von Maur, Target, Kohl's, Sears and JCPenney.
Mid-America's Tricia Pitchford, Jesseka Doherty and Robert Wise represented landlord CAPREF Eden Prairie in the transaction.
