Costumes — and masks — at a Duluth Halloween parade

Stowe Elementary School in Duluth held its annual Halloween parade outdoors this year, splitting the kids into two groups because of COVID-19. The students who attend in-person class on Monday and Tuesday held their parade on Tuesday while students who come into class on Thursday and Friday held their parade on Friday. The children marched down W. 101st Ave as parents lined up their cars to wave, cheer and take photos of their little ones.
