Because of inaccurate information from the source, a story on Page B1 Tuesday misreported the number of active permits to carry a handgun in Minnesota as of March 2. The total stood at 189,075 on that date and was not a decline from the total on Dec. 31, 2014.
A story on Page B1 Tuesday wrongly identified Lena K. Gardner as one of 11 protesters charged with crimes after a protest at the Mall of America. Gardner has not been charged.
A calendar item on Page E10 Sunday was incorrect. Newbery Award-winning author Kwame Alexander will not be speaking in the Twin Cities this weekend.
Clarification
A story on Page D1 Tuesday described actions by a former Associated Bank employee who assisted Trevor Cook and others later charged with investment fraud. To clarify, Lien Sarles was not criminally charged in the case.
