Corrections and clarifications

An article on Page A1 Tuesday incorrectly reported the position of the Minnesota chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union and the Minnesota chapter of the Institute for Justice, on the subject of forfeiture laws. The groups support proposed legislation that would require a criminal conviction before seized property or cash could be forfeited.
