Two obituaries on Page B8 Sunday contained the wrong dates. Dr. Malcolm Oliver Perry II, a Dallas doctor who attended to President John F. Kennedy after he was shot, died Dec. 5, and former Costa Rican President Rodrigo Carazo Odio died Dec. 9.
