A story on Page D1 Thursday incorrectly stated the amount of money Mayo Clinic received in gifts from benefactors in 2008. The correct amount is $236 million.

A story on Page B1 Thursday incorrectly identified the source of some information on the number of foreclosures in Hennepin County and Minnesota. The source was HousingLink, a local non-profit agency that provides information on affordable housing.

A story on Page B2 Thursday incorrectly reported the number of deaths connected to codeine medication that resulted in state disciplinary action taken against Dr. Cathy Donovan of Onamia. There was one death.
