A story and headline on Page B2 Monday incorrectly reported that Wayne Lee Cummings turned himself in. He was arrested last weekend, said the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office.

A Dec. 6 story on Page B3 incorrectly reported the current base salary of District 196 Superintendent John Currie. His salary is $193,000.

A story on Page B1 Tuesday gave an incomplete description of revenues in Duluth's city budget. For all of 2008, Duluth was due to receive state aid of about $30 million, in the form of local government aid plus market value homestead credit. That $30 million accounts for 36 percent of the city's total 2008 general fund budget of $81 million, which also included $11.9 million from a city sales tax, $7.76 million from property taxes, and revenues from licenses, fines, charges for services and other sources, said Peggy Spehar, Duluth budget manager.
